The Junior Account Executive (Wholesale) supports the sales team by assisting in relationship development, account management, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within the wholesale mortgage industry and gain hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.

GROWTH PATH

This role is designed to prepare Junior Account Executives for promotion into full Account Executive positions. With demonstrated performance and development, individuals may take on more direct client responsibilities and sales targets.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Executives in identifying and onboarding new broker relationships.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training presentations and marketing materials.
  • Help facilitate broker access to systems and tools, including password setup and application guidance.
  • Provide basic instruction on company procedures, forms, and fee structures.
  • Maintain and update sales contact databases under supervision.
  • Monitor broker communications and assist in distributing updates on programs and procedures.
  • Track pipeline activity and report findings to senior team members.
  • Shadow senior Account Executives during broker visits and virtual meetings.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or sales support.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in TPO mortgage lending.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally with senior team members.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
 
Base Compensation Information – This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. Residents of the states of CA & CO, and for NY are excluded from this remote role at this time but may be consider in the future.  Information regarding base wages provided upon request. The position pays an annual salary and has a bonus based on production.
